A new ranking of the best employers in Canada for 2025 is out now.
It revealed which companies are the top spots to work at this year — and even which companies have been the best for the last 10 years!
The 2025 Canada’s Best Employers ranking put out by Forbes includes companies in tech, education, power, food, finance, and more.
Over 40,000 Canada-based employees working for companies that employ at least 500 people in Canada were surveyed.
Respondents were asked a bunch of questions, like how they rate their employer when it comes to salary, work flexibility, training programs and advancement opportunities.
For 2025, there are 300 companies ranked as the top places to work in this country.
These are the best companies in Canada according to the new Forbes ranking:
- Microsoft
- Concordia University
- Hydro-Quebec
- The Hershey Company
- McMillan
- Bank of Canada
- Adidas
- Canadian Institue for Health Information
- Pratt & Whitney Canada
Then, the rest of the top 20 companies are WSIB, Parks Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Desjardins, Lululemon, Université Laval, Ontario Power Generation, BC Hydro, Manitoba Hydro and Shopify.
