Tucked away in the woods just outside of town is the Enchanted Forest, a magical spot to walk through and feel like you’re in a storybook.
The park is set in a stunning old growth forest, and is home to the tallest and highest tree house in B.C. You can walk the stairs up to the top, surrounded by the towering trees.
While the sights outside of town are incredible, you can’t go without exploring downtown here too. For a pretty small community it has a lively atmosphere with lots to do and see. Go shopping, check out the local Farmers’ Market, and take in the public art in the alleyways of town.
It’s also got a heritage cinema called the the Roxy Theatre, which makes for a fun night.
