This water park near Toronto is offering more than the usual slides and pools. You can enjoy a range of events throughout the summer, including after-hours parties and « dive-in » movies.
Wet’n’Wild Toronto, the GTA’s largest water park located in Brampton, is « redefining how the city cools off after dark, » according to a press release.
On July 11, July 26, and August 9, the 45-acre park is bringing back SHOCKWAVE: After Hours, an exclusive, adults-only party featuring high-energy music, drink specials, glow foam, night slides, and more.
This year, the event is expanding to feature a giant wave pool party where you can dance and float beneath the stars.
« There’s something special about being at the water park after dark. It feels like a totally different experience, and that’s exactly what we’re creating this summer, » says Robert Karim, General Manager of Wet’n’Wild Toronto.
« SHOCKWAVE: After Hours has become the most anticipated adult event of the season. We’ve taken the energy of a nightclub and dropped it into a water park – there’s nothing else like it in the city. »
In addition to the after-hours parties, Wet’n’Wild is also hosting several all-ages evening events, including extended Summer Nights hours and poolside DJs.
You can even catch a « dive-in » movie, where you can watch a film while floating in the pool.
Wet’n’Wild Toronto is home to some of the « longest and tallest drop slides in Canada and the world, » making it a thrilling summer experience whether you visit by day or night.
Tickets for the events can be purchased online. If you’re looking for something fun to do on a summer evening, Wet’n’Wild’s lineup is worth checking out.
